Meet Author Chiu Yin Hempel

Chiu Yin Hempel, co-editor of Tuxedo Park: The Historic Houses, will speak about her new book, to be released in December, Tuxedo Park: Lives, Legacies, Legends, a book that celebrates the lives of the extraordinary men and women who lived in Tuxedo between 1886 and 1940, and their legacies to Tuxedo and the nation at large.
Books will be available for purchase and autographs after the program. STAY TUNED FOR THE SPECIAL PRE-PUBLICATION OFFER!
All sales proceeds from the book will benefit Tuxedo Park Fire Department and Tuxedo Park Library.
Registration begins November 8th.

Museum Membership Cards
The cards are available for you to checkout at the Circulation Desk.
Come enjoy a day out at one of these great museums:
Museum of Television and Radio
Harness Racing Hall of Fame
Museum Village
Museum of Natural History
NY Botanical Garden
Some rules of checkout do apply:
- Membership cards will only circulate to Tuxedo Park Library cardholders
- 3 day loan period
- If the membership card is lost, there is a $25 replacement charge
- Only adults may checkout the cards and they must be present at the time of checkout
- Please, one card to a family at a time
- Patron has to be in good standing with no overdues, etc.
- Cards cannot be renewed
- Overdue fines are $10/day maxing out at $50.
- Membership cards cannot be placed on hold
ESL Conversation Class
with Instructor Sue Heywood
The class will be comprised of general conversation on a number of topics, vocabulary, grammar, use of tenses, reading and pronunciation.
